Good Afternoon KW Associates,
I just wanted to take a moment of your time and tell you about an experience I had with June Blanchard and Network Funding.
I have a client that I have been working with for about two months.  They were pre-approved through Chase Bank.  After finding a foreclosed home and winning the bid, we started the real work of progressing to the closing date.  All along staying in contact with the bank to make sure the closing was on track.  Two weeks before closing, Chase said that my client was no longer approved for the loan.  When asked why, they said it was because of their tax returns and the fact that they owned property in another state.  In a panic, I approached June and gave her the file.  She reviewed it and told me that she would let me know something the next day.  My client was out of town and was slow in getting the information June needed to progress on the loan.  When he returned, we had ten days to close and the bank would not give us an extension on the closing date!  Not only were June and Kyle able to approve my client, but they met the closing date by working on Father’s Day, and late into the evenings.  It was an FHA loan.
I am very grateful to June and Kyle of Network Funding for pulling a rabbit out of the hat and making it happen in a timely manner!

I am following up to thank you for such a great job in securing our mortgage.  I was telling Kyle that of all the companies we were considering for a mortgage, you and your associates exhibited the highest level of interest, initiative and concern for our satisfaction.  Many of the other lenders were disorganized and appeared disinterested, and I have a long memory.
